SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders take about 3 to 5 business day to upwards of 2 weeks to ship out as most of our items are handcrafted and made to order. Some pre-order items may have a longer turnaround time and will include an estimated shipping date in the product description. Delays may happen due to forces out of my control so your patience is greatly appreciated! 

 

Incorrect, Incomplete, or Flawed Orders

Mistakes happen! If for any reason you receive your order and there are missing items, the wrong items, or the items you received are flawed please send me an email with your order number, a picture of the item you received and a description of what is wrong with the order to pmpcreationz@gmail.com. I always want to make sure you are satisfied with your order so please do not hesitate to reach out if something is wrong. 

 

Shipping for Returns

The customer is responsible for shipping costs for any order being returned or exchanged due to personal reasons. Return labels are only provided to the customer if PMP Creationz made a mistake. 

Lost Packages

If a package is delivered with receipt proof from USPS or equivalent shipping company of said package being delivered but is then either lost or stolen after delivery, PMP Creationz is not responsible for any lost or stolen items and will not be responsible for any refunds or replacements. 

For any packages that are lost by USPS or equivalent shipping company and it shows not being delivered/not able to be delivered to the customer, PMP Creationz will either refund or replace the package at no cost after 30 days of the package being lost or unclaimed.

Damaged Packages

If a package is damaged by USPS or the equivalent shipping company, PMP Creationz will request that the package be sent back and then will issue a refund or a replacement for damaged items
